Record Time

  • Login to TimeKeeping Site
  • Enter your login Information (Do not have Login details or need reset - Email)
  • Navigate to "Time Tab" and select Time Entry Week by using Arrows, for current week or week from Calendar
  • Select Project from the Drop Down List
  • Select Task - Regular Time for entering regular hours
  • Click on "Add Row" Button and you are ready to enter hours
  • Select Task -Overtime for entering Overtime hours
  • Click on "Add Row" Button and you are ready to enter overtime hours
  • Enter Hours for Each day. Time sheet is auto-save enabled. You can enter comments for a specific task/date in the comments section. All the commented dates have a small notes icon on the top right. Show all Comments shows all the comments entered so far on the time sheet.

  • Please click on Submit Button after completing the timesheet. Time sheet needs to be submitted every week
  • Submitted Time Sheet will appear under "Pending Approval" Tab
  • Rejected Time Sheet will appear under "Saved" Tab. You will receive an email notification when time sheet is rejected and reason for rejection
  • Time sheet can then be corrected and re-submitted for approval
  • Click update list and you can view the time period you selected
  • Approved Time sheet will appear in "Approved" Tab. You can filter using Date range.
