Record Vacation


  • Login to TimeKeeping Site
  • Enter your login Information (Do not have Login details or need reset - Email)
  • Navigate to "Time Tab" and select Time Entry Week by using Arrows, for current week or week from Calendar
  • You will notice your vacation request that you made does show up at the bottom. Keep in mind that does not automatically populate in the time sheet section. Follow steps below
  • Select Project from the Drop Down List
  • Select Task - Vacation - for entering Vacation Hours
  • Click on "Add Row" Button and you are ready to enter hours
  • Enter Hours for Vacation - Normally 8 hours for the day
  • You can enter Comment for the Vacation Day
  • Once you have entered remaining hours for the week, click Submit

  •  Time sheets submitted without the Vacation Hours entered will be rejected
